What is your return policy?  Thank you for your purchase.  Every purchase allows us to provide funds that benefit programs and services on the Inova Fairfax Medical Campus. All items are unique, previously owned, and are therefore sold as is. We do not generally accept returns or offer refunds. We carefully inspect all of our items before listing, so we only consider refunds if the item you receive differs significantly from the description and/or photos. Some items will be completely ineligible for refund and/or return (this will be noted in the listing and on the invoice). All sales of discounted items are considered Final.  Please ask any questions you may have about an item before purchasing it. If there is a problem, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the item.

What is your shipping policy?  Please allow 2-3 business days for the processing and shipping of orders. We ship only within the continental United States. Shipping costs will be figured at checkout and we will do our best to combine items to reduce the rate, if notified in advance. If an item is oversized, overweight, or needs increased insurance, we will send an email with an invoice for those additional shipping costs. Your order will be processed when the invoice is paid. If an order has been marked as delivered, Inova Treasure Trove is not responsible for replacing it due to theft or if it goes missing.  If you are concerned about the security of location of delivery, we encourage you to let us know you would like the package sent with instructions for there to be a “signature required.”
