3. HOW - Call to schedule an appointment at the location of your choice and then let our experts do the work. It's a simple as that. Our team knows what will sell and for how much. Your items will be priced according to the brand, condition, and demand for your item. It's what we do and you can see we've been doing it for a long time.
4. WHY - Get paid on the 5th of the month for the items that sold the previous month. You are also welcome to use your money as store credit. Why not turn around items you sold into items you need?
How do I become a consignor? For $25 a year, you become a consignor insider. This works out to approximately just $2 per month and gives your items access to the tens of thousands of customers we see yearly. You'll have great exposure and you'll be helping your community.
How long is your consignment period? We consign items for 60 days.
Will my item get reduced in price? We do run occasional sales. Any consigned merchandise in stock is subject to these sales. Most often this is a nominal amount. For example, if your item is priced at $20 and we have a 20% off sale bringing your item to $16, instead of $10, you'll receive $8.
What if my item doesn't sell? We carefully select items according to our knowledge of our customer base and what will sell. There are times when something unexpectedly doesn't sell during your consignment period. In those instances, we encourage you to allow us to sell your expired items as a charitable donation. A donation form can be provided for possible tax purposes. If you have an unsold item that is priced at $20 or more and you would like to reclaim it, you may pick it up on or before the end of your consignment 60 day period. As the consignor, please monitor your pick up date.
How do I know what has sold? You can login to your account under the consignor login tab on this site. Be sure to pick the location that you consigned your items. Your email address is your login and also your password. Here you will find a transaction history. This is a list of your sold items to be paid. When checks are issued, the transaction history clears and starts over.
What items are you looking for currently? We are looking for items that are in season at the time you are consigning.
